Stops tracking distance

This app worked great until it stopped tracking my distances at week 6. Location services are on and it shows that the app is using it, but it shows 0.0 miles after a run, which makes this useless for training for a distance based race. Ive tried emailing the company through the apps Feedback option, but havent received any responses.
